Open Atrium usage

Open Atrium is a CMS based on Drupal. It allows you to create distinct groups which can have their own member, blog, case tracker... .
It can be used as a CRM, with the CivicCRM module and also for project management with the Storm module.

You can use OA as your platform for internal communication. The book should contain all useful information about the company and processes. The case tracker can be used to assign tasks to the team.

In a client context, you can include all the documentation needed. And use the case tracker for specifications gathering process and bug tracking.
